All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves the processing center of our store.

For your convenience and peace of mind, SPUNK COSMETICS offers Route protection.  By selecting this option at checkout, your order is protected against loss, stolen, and damaged products.  Route will ensure that your items are replaced or reimbursed.

Please note that if you choose to deselect Route package protection, SPUNK COSMETICS, will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products. We highly recommend opting for this protection to safeguard your purchase.

PROCESSING time: Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. Please understand that processing time is allowing us to fulfill order, then you add the estimated delivery time to estimate when you would receive your time. 

SHIPPING time: Due to Please allow 3-5 business days after the order is processed. We ship merchandise Monday-Friday. The arrival of packages may vary due to issues relating to COVID-19. This is a situation that we cannot control.

During holidays and launches, processing and shipping times may vary. Note: FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

High Volume Sales: Please allow a minimum of (5-10) business days from the date of purchase for orders to be processed and shipped.

SPUNK COSMETICS is not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package(s) are returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if the customer refuses to accept the package(s).

DOMESTIC (States within the U.S.). Delivery times may vary!

  • Standard delivery- Shipping 3-5 days
  • Expedited 2 Day delivery (when available)- Shipping 2 days
  • Overnight delivery (when available) -Shipping 24 hours 

INTERNATIONAL

  • Standard delivery ONLY- Shipping 10-14 days

Depending on your country's specific duty rates, you may be responsible for the payment of additional tariffs and taxes to your country in order to receive your item(s) from us. When you check out, please select your country and shipping method. You will be notified of the estimated tariff and duty rates that may be imposed for which you will be responsible to pay. These are estimates and not a guarantee of exact duty and tariff rates that may be charged to you.  SPUNK COSMETICS is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, transfers from the United States Postal Service, or other shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc) to the local carriers in your country. We are not responsible for air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has departed from the United States.
